Hoi, Ik ben Sophia
geboren met een gevoelige aard en een diepe connectie met de natuur. Jarenlang leefde ik vooral vanuit mijn hoofd, tot mijn lichaam me stopte en ik gedwongen werd een andere weg in te slaan.
Die weg bracht me bij yoga, cyclisch leven, voeding als medicijn en diep innerlijk werk. Vandaag begeleid ik vrouwen in cirkels, retraites en trajecten waar zachtheid en diepgang samenkomen.
Mijn wens? Dat jij weer thuiskomt in jezelf, zacht leert zijn voor wie je bent, en voelt dat je al heel bent.
